This webinar will train leaders to effectively calibrate faculty who might otherwise be resistant to this change. We will examine current perceptions of this process and explore how being team focused and having the proper leadership skills we can gain the acceptance we need from faculty to implement up to date methods with a focus toward lifelong learning.

Participants will learn:

  • Identify the factors that make calibration difficult
  • Acquire leadership skills that enable calibration acceptance
  • Learn how to engage faculty in the decision-making process of calibration
  • Learn proper calibration workflow techniques

Dr Eileen R. Hoskin is full time faculty and Director of the Division ofOperative Dentistry within the Restorative Department at Rutgers, TheState University of New Jersey School of Dental Medicine (RSDM).Positions at RSDM include course directorships, Director for AcademicAffairs and Group Practice Administrator.
