Infection Control practices are the key elements in managing infectious diseases in the dental office.

The prevention of the spread of diseases from staff to patients, from patients to staff and from patient to patient or staff member to staff member is why each and every infection prevention protocol, procedure and intervention is important and must be carried out in detail without short cutting the steps that break the chain of infection.
