Dr. Mukherji has been practicing general dentistry for 22 years. He currently resides and serves patients in Fort Worth, TX. He holds Fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American College of Dentists, Pierre Fauchard Academy and International College of Dentists. He is also a former adjunct assistant at Texas A&M School of Dentistry where he taught part-time for 4 years. Furthermore, he holds various leadership positions with dental organizations including  Texas Dental Association, Texas AGD, AGD, and ICD.

Blake Berryhill, PhD is an Associate Professor and the Marriage and Family Therapy Program Director at the University of Alabama. His prominent research concentrates on advancing mental health service delivery within underserved communities. Dr. Berryhill secured funding from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research for integrating mental health screening and referral procedures into dental care protocols. He also received funding for implementing essential mental health services in rural schools and primary care settings, addressing critical gaps in underserved regions. Beyond his research, Dr. Berryhill contributes as a Board Member of the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Education.

Nathan Culmer, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Medical Education in the College of Community Health Sciences at The University of Alabama where he also serves as Director of Academic Technologies and Faculty Development. His research focuses on faculty development, telemedicine and virtual delivery of healthcare, healthcare education, and integrated care. He has received federal funding on grants totaling over $3.5M from the National Institutes of Health through the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, the Health Resources & Services Administration, and the US Department of Agriculture for his research in telemedicine, mental health, healthcare of underserved populations, healthcare education, and integrated healthcare. Approximately $2M of this funding supported the development of a rural ambulance-based telemedicine project, which is still underway. Dr. Culmer is an active member of several professional organizations including the Society for Teachers of Family Medicine and the Society for Education and Research in Connected Health. He oversees a research lab devoted to technology and education in healthcare.

Dr. Smith is an Associate Professor at the University of Alabama’s Capstone College of Nursing (UA’s CCN), where he co-leads their MSN Nurse Administration program.  He regularly teaches graduate courses related to leadership, healthcare management and finance, and health services delivery systems. Dr. Smith received his PhD in Health Services Administration, as well as his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and Master of Business Administration, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).  He is also a registered nurse and completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Auburn University in Montgomery. Dr. Smith has published more than 10 manuscripts, as well as a book chapter, and has presented at numerous national and international conferences.  He has several research interests, including rural healthcare delivery systems, mental health, leadership, health care administration and finance, and telemedicine. Dr. Smith has received federal funding from the National Institutes of Health for a research project related to mental health screenings in dental practices, as well as nearly $2M in funding from the United States Department of Agriculture for a rural, ambulance-based telemedicine project.
