The Speaker
Domenica Sweier DDS, PhD
Dr. Sweier is a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in the Department of Cariology, Restorative Sciences & Endodontics. She is the director of the Geriatric Dentistry Course; the Gerontological Dental Hygiene Course; the Applied Nutrition Course; the Infection & Immunity Course; as well as the Selective and Leadership Pathway Curricula for dental students.
Dr. Sweier obtained both her DDS and PhD (Oral Health Sciences) from the University of Michigan. Her educational training includes a certificate in Hospital Dentistry from the Ohio State University College of Dentistry which reflects training in the dental treatment and management of the adult special needs and geriatric populations.
