I am an Assistant Professor at UTHSC College of Dentistry, and currently serve as Director of the Predoctoral Periodontics Clinic. With more than 10 years of experience in periodontics and implant dentistry, and a strong foundation of 3 years in comprehensive general dentistry, I am committed to advancing dental education, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. My training across advanced periodontal programs in both U.S. and India gives me a global perspective that informs how I teach, mentor, and design learning experiences. My academic contributions span scholarly publications, presentations, and service on key institutional committees. I am honored to have received multiple teaching and faculty awards, including national recognition from the American Academy of Periodontology, reflecting my commitment to advancing periodontal education and patient care.
