Jean Creasey

Jean Creasey D.D.S.

Jean Creasey DDS practiced first as a dental hygienist, coordinating a school based dental prevention program for her rural county and working in private practice. Later she earned her DDS from UCSF. She lectures both nationally and internationally on the topics of incorporating caries management by risk assessment into private practice, Dental Ethics and Motivational interviewing.
She has practiced in a small group dental practice in Northern California for over 17 years and has been very involved in community dental health projects, organized dentistry and philanthropic dental care. She has traveled regularly to southwestern Uganda where she takes small groups of volunteer dentists and physicians to work with the marginalized, Batwa Pygmy population. Recently she has joined the Pacific-Dugoni School of Dentistry as part time adjunct faculty and her dream is to facilitate global oral health opportunities for dental students and residents. She is a Fellow in the American College of Dentistry, the International College of Dentistry and the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
