More courses with Linda HeckerLinda Hecker is a seasoned dental health professional and educator with over four decades of experience spanning clinical practice, academic leadership, and public health advocacy. She holds an A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene from New York City Technical College, a B.S. in Applied Science and Technology with Dental Hygiene Specialty from Thomas Edison State University, a teaching certification from The College of New Jersey, and a master’s degree in professional studies. Linda has directed and developed accredited dental hygiene and assisting programs at Rowan College at Burlington County and Mercer County Technical Schools, where she led curriculum design, faculty supervision, and clinic operations. Her teaching portfolio includes a wide range of subjects from clinical dental hygiene, head and neck anatomy and radiology to ethics and infection prevention. Her commitment to excellence is reflected in her students’ board pass rates and her extensive involvement in professional organizations, the state Board of Dentistry, accreditation bodies, and community outreach initiatives.
