In Part I, we discussed the importance of faculty calibration for successful student learning outcomes, identified how to navigate barriers to successful calibration strategies, and realized the significance of feedback, evaluation, assessment, and remediation in calibration exercises. In Part II, attendees will discover how to translate this knowledge into developing a calibration plan unique to their program.

- Identify techniques to achieve standardization
- Create a calibration protocol for the educational team
