Dra Correa performed her doctorate in the oral pathology, developing a web-based online platform for oral diagnosis. She is Associate Professor in Pathology Department of School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. Her research line is related to the factors affecting the tissue repair in the oral cavity, focusing on protocols for the treatment of the oral lesions. She published several basic and clinical studies related to tissue healing process. She is supervisor of students enrolled at Oral Pathology Postgraduate course in USP, and advisor in the postgraduate course in Hospital Dentistry of Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, São Paulo, Brazil. Dra Bezinelli performed her doctorate in the area of Hospital Management applied to Dentistry. For more 15 years, she is working with Dra Eduardo in the Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, developing clinical protocols for dental management of chronic illness patients. She published several articles related to the impact of dental attendance in hospitals, analyzing costs and benefits of the dental care in the hospital context. She is also coordinator of postgraduate course in Hospital Dentistry of Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, São Paulo, Brazil. She is a co-founder of Oralpost website (www.oralpost.com.br).

Dr Eduardo performed her doctorate in low level laser therapy applied to oral lesions. For more than 15 years, she has working with hospitalized patients, establishing oral care protocols for patients with chronic illness, mainly in oncology and intensive care units. She published several articles related to Hospital Dentistry, most of them testing protocols for oral lesions diagnosis and treatment.
